You can create content items. And then depending on where you want them as to how you put them on the site.
If you want it on the top menu bar, just click on menu on the top after you have created the content item, and then choose main menu, then select New from the top right, and then choose "Link - Content Item" located on the right near the bottom and then pick the Content item from the list and then give it a title and select save, and this will place a link to your content item on the main menu.
